Worst Comp Plan Ever

Pros

Best targeting platform in the business. Clients live how well our products perform for them.

Cons

Dan Singleton crushed the sales culture with his new comp plan. It significantly impacted the downside for sales and put a cap on top performers. This is so sad to me because these are the people that are supposed to turn the business around. Poor decisions like this will lead to further declines, but with the addition of our most talented leaving in search for a better company where our skills are valued, appreciated and celebrated. I loved this company so much in the past and would have done anything for it. The culture has been crushed and a leadership change is necessary to turn things around. Cali Tran is the person that we trust to get things done a s get us back on track culturally and financially.

Pros

Fellow employees and direct management were good

Cons

Absolutely 0 job growth. There have been no promotions in over 2 years and wage growth has been insulting. The company "grows" through questionable acquisitions and then eliminates positions to pay for them. There is no synergy between the different departments, creating an "us vs them" mentality. Employees fear for their jobs with people quitting daily.

Senior management is not interested in promoting or retaining staff

Pros

Work with talented and smart people. Generally, the people are great to work with. A good work/life balance.

Cons

Senior management is not interested in promoting or retaining staff. Total compensation (base pay, bonuses, benefits) is below market rate. There's been countless reorganizations/name changes and mid-level manager consolidations over the last few years. During that time there has been a mass exodus of talented people with little interest in trying to find solutions.
