Pros

- Work from home once a week after 6 months - Good amount of PTO - Opportunity for overtime pay

Cons

- Training is exhausting and not efficient. They just throw information at you and expect you to pass a test right after. The information is too detailed and they test you on the tiniest details rather than getting you to understand the overall concept at first. They will spend too much time teaching you things that you will never use or will change the next week. - They judge you by a test score rather than your reasoning for why you answered a question the way you did or where they had a miscommunication in training you. - No innovation. Company is stuck in the past and no where near current technology. - Hard to get excited about a company where your job is to help make junk mail. Very concerning that they think a 1-3% conversion rate on the mailers are good for the thousands of dollars that clients spend on it. - Lay offs happen all the time. They will promise you that you are safe, but then people on your team will be the next to be gone. - Their 5 year plan they just announced should have been done 5 years ago. Again, they move way too slow and are stuck in the past.

Hi there! We appreciate the time you took to share your feedback on our training programs and culture. Our new hire training is certainly a robust and rich program that is specifically designed to help ensure that our new associates can hit the ground running and are set up for success from Day 1! However, our training team is always looking to improve upon the curriculum, so we will share your feedback with them. Thanks for mentioning our 5 year plan too. Innovation and addressing technology are 2 of the many components we're excited to be exploring. As a company we need to constantly evolve and innovate in order to continue to be an industry leader, and technology investments are certainly an important component of our continued growth. - The Talent Team

Pros

Great people and flexible work environment.

Cons

They just look for new ways to outsource as much as possible and are losing good people as a result. Reorganize the sales structure with disasterous results leading to loss in sales. Each quarter have been cutting more and more people to counteract the sales decline instead of addressing the real issues.

Pros

Some of the tools and resources made available to us are excellent. The primary focus on demographic and behavioral targeting is a tremendous aid in helping our clients reach their target audience.

Cons

As a $2.5-$3 billion dollar organization there can be overlap in client prospect lists. Tendency to be a bureaucratic company with regard to making decisions in a reasonable amount of time.
