Some people are really nice!! The building is good the location is good the work area is ok but don't have anything else nice to say

Cons

This place is a joke!! The management sucks the pay is horrible pretty much minimum wage no matter how much skills you have they jump you around to several departments

Pros

I love coming to work with those who I consider friends as well as coworkers. The management really cares about each individual's success and does their best to ensure that their employees are happy. Sometimes this means free pizza or Dutch Bros! :) Not only is the pay good, but in my department, we have some opportunities to earn bonuses on top of that! I can't say enough good things about this place!

Cons

The only downsides that I can think of are to make sure to keep your monthly numbers up and to BE ON TIME. If you're even a minute late, it's not good. That being said, most of the managers will still work with you and help you figure out how to be on time.

There is so much to love about VF! -100% Health Insurance Coverage -Great M-F schedule with plenty of time left after work to have a life -The most wonderful support from management -Nerf Gun wars and other fun activities -Additional monetary incentives I could go on and on. I also love that they are a second-chance employer because no one feels that they are above anyone else. We are all equal and we make a great team.

Cons

I wish lunch breaks were a little longer. But that's being nit-picky.
