Pros
Standard corporate culture. Doesn't take much to get by.
Cons
Management lacks leadership abilities, technical abilities, and motivational abilities. They ignore emails and don't give guidance. Piles of money are spent on consultants yet they continually reduce benefits for employees while spending money on shoddy mgt. consultant work. Senior leadership uses company money to buy themselves perks but won't do the same for staff. Very hypocritical. Most people who have been around for more than a year or two are obstructionists and make getting real work done difficult.
