      Fine for C++ dev

      Pros

      Flexible Timings. Descent salary for a fresher. Good team of knowledgeable Engineers and Mangers.

      Cons

      Old architecture in place for all products. Getting pure dev work takes time. More and rigorous cycles of bug-fixing.

      Pros

      Good for the College Grads but they will be made work like labours due to frequently changing decisions from upper management, nothing is fixed here. Though Colleagues are good and supportive.

      Cons

      1) Company doesn't know its own policies, keep changing frequently 2) Upper Management sucks 3) No Bonus, No Hike at all even after making work life balance worser. 4) Deadlines are the only things that they consider, you can give the worst product thats not an issue
