Cons
Initiatives to improve the business are mostly talk. Few projects are actually completed here and there is way too much internal dysfunction. Compensation isn't great and don't expect to be rewarded for hard work. Expect to see poor performers around you earn the same or more, no one seems to get fired here. Many work around the clock here and the pay doesn't match the hours. Very cheap. Benefits are scarce, you can't even get a discounted gym membership. Budget cuts galore (no $$ for office parties) that only seem to apply to junior people and don't affect the top. Miserable office culture.
