Pros

Decent pay, able to work from home on occasion. Some interesting travel.

Cons

If you are a woman in this company, you have to be aggressive and cruel to advance. Too many women trying to ‘play with the big boys’ and treat other women harshly and unfairly to prove their worth. Lots of catty behavior behind the scenes from higher-ups. If you are nice you won’t get far. The men are respectful and kind, but the women are bullies and will take you down if they don’t like you. Beware.

Cons

Does NOT honor two weeks notice or pay out for employee’s salary for that time period All other benefits (401k match < 2%, expensive health insurance) Forced use of employee accrued PTO between Christmas and New Years Work life balance Depending on position, work can be extremely tedious and manual
