      Uncertain Future and Lack of Transparency

      Pros

      For the most part, the people are team players, and work very hard. Work life balance is manageable, aside from the end of a sales quarter.

      Cons

      Lack of career path, professional growth and training opportunities. Wednesday lunches have been cancelled. Lack of bonuses and respectful raises, even though management continues to convey that company is meeting the street's expectations. Processes are poorly communicated. Change is poorly executed. Salesforce is in flux; extremely high turnover.

      Competent management in short supply.

      Pros

      Work/life balance. Location. Established strong professional relationships with co-workers (excluding management).

      Cons

      Inept management; complete lack of accountability for departmental issues; one of the most backwards HR departments in existence; and a mind boggling turnover rate (internal transfers and external departures) which management refuses to acknowledge. Backstabbing, cut throat environment that is a reflection of 'the tone at the top'.

      Free lunch for employees on Wednesday. Free parking.

      Cons

      This company has no direction or leadership. Horrible politics in this company, and one of the "worst" cultures of any company I've experienced. NO direction and people work with their doors closed, as they don't believe in openness or transparency.
