      Not a Cloud Ready Company

      Pros

      Nothing over the basic expected with a company of this size or larger. No WOW factors.

      Cons

      Poor leadership. Fails to understand the expertise of those running the line and Director level. Losing too many that truly understand the cloud. None of Verint's core products (WFO/WFM) will be cloud ready for years. Much work to reverse engineer the product.

      Pros

      Great peers who are always willing to help. Marketing ' s vision is outstanding. That's where it ends as it's just a vision.

      Cons

      Execution is just horrible! Sales team is left holding the bag for a buggy products and disfunctional sales ops processes. Services costs are so far out of whack customers either demand discount on sw or walk. Once you figure it out and make progress your account will change.
