Pros

No phone work. Remote.equipment provided. Flexible with needing time off..

Cons

Broken promises. No support. No help. Overload of work. Low pay for job you do and what you deal with. Training is not good. Benefits very expensive. They do not contribute to a 401k for as big as they are.

None, except for getting some experience.

Cons

Worked here when they lost a contract with a client. They 'let go" of a bunch of people stating there where no positions to put people in after they stated they would relocate everyone to another position. Within a week they were posting for the positions they said they "did not have" now at a lower pay grade. Beware! They will lay you off later only to get new people at a lower rate so that they do not have to give you a raise. Apparently this is the second time this company has done this in the last few years.
