Pros

I've been able to grow within this company extremely fast compared to other companies. They take the time to train employees, and help them with their career paths. Upper management is great about listening to every employees insight and ideas. The work atmosphere is amazing!! You will love coming to work everyday.

Cons

Although Verisys offers great opportunities for growth they do not usually pay "market value" for their positions.

Great Place To Work... Just Keep Growing

Pros

The company is growing and this has resulted in a lot of internal promotions and opportunities. A person can move up quickly here. The management is great and really takes the time to let you know how you are doing. There often rewards and such for doing a good job.

Cons

Not a lot of structure at times and can be a bit strict about attendance.

Pros

The benefits are amazing. While work can be stressful, I leave for the day feeling accomplished and like I made a difference. I am passionate about my work and feel that the company is making a difference in the health care industry.

Cons

We are growing really quickly right now, so there is a lot of the usual "growing pains". The management team works really well together in resolving these issues. I have little doubt that the transition will be as smooth as possible.
