Long shifts, no advancement, bad training, always rushing jobs. Majority of employees only care about paycheck not the quality of their work.

Cons

They try to “weed” out employees it making new hires do very strenuous jobs for long period s of time Constantly hear management talk about layoffs Benefits are extremely expensive and a $4,000 Family deductible should not be that expensive
