Pros

The pay was ok for the area. Stretching before work was nice.

Cons

Management constantly micro managing and looking over your shoulder. If you're good at what you do you will no be given advancement opportunities. They lock you in one place and expect you to train people. Thy will step over a dollar to pick up a dime.

Get to do something different everyday.

Cons

Too many variables and outside influence for job contracts to get work into facility. Causes slow periods followed by periods of mandatory overtime. Inconsistent.
