Pros

Best internal community filled with amazing people who really do care about each other.

Cons

Merges and acquisitions every 4-5yrs leads to significant reduction in force across multiple business segments i.e. customer service, finance. A lot of talented business leaders lose their jobs after years of dedicated service.

I would not recommend this employer.

Cons

No loyalty. Everything is discussed behind your back and you are never given an opportunity even after you have dedicated many years to this company. It is the worst job I have ever had. We were forced to work in a building with rats for years and the problem was not addressed until a state agency was involved.
