Pros

Great Culture, Middle management genuinely care for your successes and work to build you up and allows for mistakes to happen. Actively encourages cross training and moving up to other job functions.

Cons

Tough to understand the thought process when it comes to merit based promotions and raises. Falling well behind inflation, even before recent surge. Promotions seem to be more political then merit based, with middle management having to justify well beyond what I would call reasonable for an individual to be promoted.
