Pros

Company is still growing and has employees that desire to give a great experience to it's customers and coworkers. There have been a lot of changes but that is to be expected. It's necessary to be flexible and adapt.

Cons

CEO seems out of touch with successful employee engagement. There isn't a real strong company culture to be involved with - just feels like a job most days. HQ is very stale.
