Field Sales Force Exceptional and Supplier Base as good as it gets

Cons

President down to upper management can’t spell the word Sales much less clueless on a strategy on how to support sales, the only revenue stream in the company

No much work pressure, Great team, good office facilities, pay on time

Cons

No Bonus for non managerial staff, No work from home for select departments and roles, no much salary increases, promotions within the company is zero to nil, lots of importance given to vendors or contractors.
