Salary competitive but don't let that fool you. "All money ain't good money".

Cons

Horrible benefits. Healthcare extremely expensive. Unsupporting executive staff. HR extremely unprofessional and uninformed as they are an outsourced company. System challenged. Upgraded to a dinasour DOS based system recently that hindered the business. Paper distrubution company trying to be a 3PL.

I love the company culture. Always looking to promote from within the company.

Cons

unfortunately we don't get any weekdays off to take care of business, but we are off on weekends.

Revolving door of management, ever-changing policies, company makes incredibly stupid business decisions. Loves to remind employees how expendable they are.
