With considerable competitive pressures facing the print industry, Veritiv has had to make some innovative steps to adapt to structural changes in the industry and to protect our leadership position. We could not be more committed to print. To that end, we have had to redesign our Print Sales organization to include a more customer-focused, collaborative, team-selling approach. As a result, we will have a more agile Print Sales organization that works more closely with customers and is more adaptable to the evolving needs of this industry. We need team players who can adapt and evolve as well, but we appreciate the work of everyone at Veritiv who has contributed to success in the past.

We are disappointed that you did not have a good experience. Veritiv, as you know, is a result of a merger of two legacy companies with very different cultures. The integration has been challenging to not only merge operating and warehouse management systems but to create a new, dynamic culture that looks toward future growth. Those changes have employees in mind; for example, the new CIP program (Continuous Improvement Program) looks toward employees for innovations and has not only generated about 3,000 new ideas but led to more than 1,200 being implemented.
