Pros
Great product lines. National footprint. Some good people among the title seekers. The strategy of reducing the number of vendors and forcing customers to buy what they want to sell vs. what customers really want is really going to bite them in the end.
Cons
They have trouble delivering a complete or accurate order. The recent merger cut way too many good experienced people, which is what they claim is their most important asset. Competitors get ready, they will be shedding a lot of accounts that they can't figure out how to make profitable. The sales people get hit with any dreamed up charges to restrict their income and make the company look more profitable. Many quality sales people jumped ship just before the merger.
