Pros

Umm...there's a popcorn machine. The pay is fair, but negotiate for a better rate. Longevity with a lot of employees and the level of knowledge that comes with that is good. But will they help you?

Cons

Where do I start? The job can be confusing a times depending on where you work in the company. There's a lot of cliques, and management is very close knit. There's good and bad with that. The level of professionalism is low and there are plenty of disgruntled managers who have no problem expressing their issues. Benefits are not great, and aren't getting better. No perks to stay and growth is very limited.

Pros

Compensation is above average compared to other companies. Operation hours are Monday through Friday 9-5 which is nice for families

Cons

Extremely poor management. Hiring process is horrendous they use a terrible recruiting company Insight Global that doesn’t prepare candidates for the the interview.

401k is okay - for now.

Cons

Horrible insurance offerings for mid and low level employees. They give you 10 options, only one of which you can even sort of afford, which of course, is the high deductible plan. I pay over $8,000 annually in premium alone for a $4500 deductible policy that pays nothing until it is completely met. I can't afford to work here anymore Company used to offer health incentives - no more. You are completely on your own now. They do offer an HSA which they contribute nothing to.
