      Pros

      Compensation was one of the best, for the area. In the beginning, the group of guys on the shift were great to work with. In the beginning, the work wasn't too challenging.

      Cons

      MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT. MANAGEMENT!!! Management constantly and consistently lied to employees about almost everything. Work hours were terrible. The systematic mistreatment of employees. Supervisory staff smoking and drinking, on the job. Work/life balance was almost nonexistent. Production orders secretly held back, to make nights longer and/or more difficult. All around terrible place to work; AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

      Pros

      Good pay, good hrs, weekends off. Every day is similar if your not a fan of hectic scheduling this is for you

      Cons

      Sometimes really busy and repetitive but you get to talk to nearby people while doing the work so it's not bad
