      Alright job with benefits from day one

      Cons

      Overtime is looked down upon. Shuttles are constantly late. Have been told to "slow down" because i was new and making the others look bad.

      Pros

      From a business perspective very few. Still many nice people working here but suspect most are actively looking for jobs.

      Cons

      CEO couldn't accept that Unisource was superior to xpedx in Customer Service and Supply Chain. A distribution company that is lacking in these two areas will not proposer. Need proof compare the EBIT of the two companies prior to the merger, Unisource generated more EBIT on a couple of billion (yes with a B) in sales. Two and a half years later the lackadaisical attitude toward these two areas will continue to haunt the company. We've already lost numerous great leaders in both of these areas.
