Pros

I loved working in the office at first but that changed. The Customer Service Training program was top notch! I never had a greater training program received. We spent 1/2 days training and 1/2 day on the floor with staff.

Cons

They went through a management change. My Boss got fired and the people who I trained with were all let go. I was thrown onto the phones when others were not even taking calls. I couldn't even ask for help because 2 people were away and there was nobody I could reach out to. Long time employees were still old school and didn't use the programs we were trained on.

Pros

Benefits, compensation, great leadership. This company was once part of International paper and even on it's own has very good name and reputation.

Cons

Paper Distribution is primary focus! Meaning that if you are looking for any position other than Paper or packaging sales, could be a little rough in getting mind share from field account managers.

Middle management and above doesn't listen to employees Abusive behavior / language used to subordinates No trust or empowerment given to staff by middle management and above
