      The company has great opportunities and great salary.

      Cons

      The benefits are sloppy. Management baby sits all employees and there is no true direction on what they expect or want.

      Low Mobility Out of Customer Service

      Pros

      Awesome group of people to work with! Decent pay structure.

      Cons

      Employees are offered less benefits and 401K matches since the merge. People in customer service tend to stay there. There is not much growth into other roles/departments. High turnover due to number of temps brought in.

      Sadly - A dying industry

      Pros

      I was in the printing papers portion of the business. It is a declining business due to technology. But, by and large, the people in the company were great.

      Cons

      Upper management had no idea what to do about the declining industry except make cuts. Pressure was on us to increase sales but they offered no help or advice. Reorganizations were a constant. It began to feel like living in a Dilbert cartoon.
