      Continue to spiral downward and layoffs

      Pros

      There are management folks who listen and want to change where needed. Unfortunately, they are few and far between. Perhaps the new CEO can make the right changes.

      Cons

      The merger never took place culturally. This has caused the company's setback that has not been rectified in many departments. While there were many good formerly Unisource folks, their culture of nothing is wrong and not changing anything has caused many processes to fail. There is a long list.

      Pros

      Great people, nice working environment

      Cons

      No leadership direction, old regime fighting with the new regime and employees in the middle. People disappear with no communication. Sales rules the company. Those who yell the loudest get the attention at the cost of other employees.

      Pros

      Working with the dedicated employees.

      Cons

      Many past and present employees don't approve of the CEO. Ask around. Management not allowed to do their job. Company stocks have dropped over the years. Very poor management. Not progressive at all. Lacks diversity of thought.
