0 room for advancement. 1 year ago they were creating new leadership positions left and right. Today they haven't back filled any of multiple supervisor positions that have opened. Lack of communication about strategy for the segment. You do what you're told and you are expected to be perfectly okay with it even if you were told something completely different the month before.

This company will lie to you from day one. If there is a dirty play in the book expect this company's' management to pull it out. Firing people on vacation and not paying out the vacation time, and not verifying your employment to your future job prospects are just two of the most recent things I have personal experience with. The culture of this company is as bad as any I have ever seen. Mis-management is everywhere. The phrase "Money is no object" is heard constantly from managers, but expect your hours to be cut. That only applies to buying shiny new stuff in the offices while cutting jobs out on the floor. $50k+ Retention bonuses for middle management while laying off warehouse staff is not unheard of. The treatment of the legacy Unisource employees after the merger was despicable, and still is. Paying groups of employees different rates for the same jobs (at the same facility). I could go on. The decisions all the way down the management chain will leave you pulling out your hair. Waste, neglect, and disrespect are what you can expect here.
