Company was going through changes and led contracted employees on about possibility of becoming perm employee just to have extra help. As people who were perm left the company they didn't replace them but loaded the remaining employees with double and triple the work.

Due to recent merger, upper management portrays image of positive growth. On the ground level, morale is at an all-time low, there is no concrete infrastructure, management is disconnected and very disorganized. Unless you desire an outside sales career in the packaging segment, there is zero upward mobility for administration, procurement, or warehouse.
