Pros

Clifton, nj location not structured no communication within the department. Worker's are overwhelmed with overtime no help. Always short staff be careful working for Veritiv Corporation you will have regrets. I know for experience.

Pros

Good pay, Some nice people.

Cons

Management is usually unavailable. I was told opportunities would be available but there weren’t any and sometimes we were discouraged not to look. The workloads aren’t even or fair because management has their own inner circles. There’s excessive supervision and control, like they don’t trust their own staff. Any communication from management came across as intimidating, sort of a pack mentality approach.

Pros

Solid team, everyone is always helpful. Vacation and Holidays Management stays positive and does a good job of keeping the moral up.

Cons

The company is going through changes to improve their internal process, it can feel overwhelming with many changes. You need to be adaptable.
