      Company is headed in better direction under current CEO. Many good teams and friendly people.

      Generally gets rid of employees after long term employment.

      Pros

      Only work 5 days out of the week, good pay for a warehouse worker management during the time I was there was sub par, Victor was our night shift manager and would be the laziest supervisor and would nap all day in his office, other than that we got 2 week Vacation after you worked a year

      Cons

      Management could be better but then again it's a union job so there's not much that the supervisors can do with slackers

      Veritiv is a large corporation that is still growing everyday Tons of opportunity for growth on corporate side Hybrid work schedule that is going to get worse- 3 days in office, 2 days remote

      Cons

      There are not any benefits are which don’t meet the standards of any other company of this size, they do not go above and beyond in this category. Making employees go into office more effectively giving a pay cut to all employees
