      Pros

      They have a great 401K matching ($1 for $1 on first 3%, then $.50 on the $1 on next 2%; 4% max total). Also vested on Day One

      Cons

      Poor industry growth, Very limited career growth opportunities, salary is below market average. Culture is very dull; They “try” to liven things up with events, however, they are very limited with they can do as the company pinches pennies like no other.

      Pros

      Good people internal and external. Advancing in technology. Leader in market and industry.

      Cons

      Corporate direction taking turn for the worse. Wiping out many experienced, high knowledgeable staff. Workloads and regional coverage extreme. New hires do not understand industry, let alone basic business processes. Losing customer and employee confidence. Low salary increases.

      Pros

      Umm...there's a popcorn machine. The pay is fair, but negotiate for a better rate. Longevity with a lot of employees and the level of knowledge that comes with that is good. But will they help you?

      Cons

      Where do I start? The job can be confusing a times depending on where you work in the company. There's a lot of cliques, and management is very close knit. There's good and bad with that. The level of professionalism is low and there are plenty of disgruntled managers who have no problem expressing their issues. Benefits are not great, and aren't getting better. No perks to stay and growth is very limited.
