      Great Team but a lot of changes

      Team was great and very knowledgable about the systems Even though the codebase was old still learned about newer technologies Support for any oncall issues, so you werent up all night

      Cons

      Very old systems that ran on Cobol or were very niche to the company Lot of changes in leadership that trickled down into IT Leadership choose a terrible solution to go with in the cloud.
