Pros

Flexible schedule Remote work 3 days a week. Friendly and helpful atmosphere. Managers care and are available. Work has direct effect on the success of the Company.

Cons

Limited chance to move up or change positions unless you relocate. Many positions located at HQ in Atlanta could be fully remote which would open them up to others in different parts of the country. Many jobs in general could be fully remote, saving on real estate costs. My current direct manager is not as experienced as my previous managers have been, especially in the area of people skills.
