Cant think of any negative cons, this is hybrid schedule now so I guess we could all say we miss the work from home days.

Great people to work with....Meaning employees of each individual building, not so much upper management

Cons

Micro manage of employees throughout the corporation is at a all time high....they want to run the little amount of buildings they have left all the same and it just doesnt work.....
