Cons

Constantly working 60+ hours without recognition. Very political environment geared to the good old boys mentality. Expected to consistently work weekend and on vacation time in order to complete projects on time. Work life balance did not exist.

Professional coworkers who know what they are doing and they are willing to help if you have questions. Remote working was wonderful and was able to be more productive that way.
