Convenient location, decent starting salary

Cons

Management is an untrusting group of people who believe in micromanaging and breed fear-mongering amongst the supervisors and their direct reports. Each day got worse, more people were leaving and turnover was getting increasingly high, even with some of the most tenured employees. Growth and opportunity are obsolete and even indirectly discouraged and blocked.

For the majority of my time at the company, I had good coworkers.

Cons

I hired in soon after the merger was announced and spent close to four years working through change after change that undermined the business structure and turned loyal customers away from the company. I initially loved my job, but every "improvement" was a disaster.
