Pros

Energetic and very collaborative atmosphere. The Upper Management is very involved and supportive to all the staff. Lots of room for growth and there is an excellent training program. Very fast paced and fun environment to be a part of. Great commission structure and pay.

Cons

Sometimes can be a little stressful but that's pretty much part of the industry. 7:30am start times can be tough at first but you get used to it and it's not big deal.

Working remote, flexible work days. Benefits were good and affordable. Pay was good. Prior to the last 2 years it was a great company.

Cons

SLT is no longer in touch with their front line workers. Managers who cannot do the job of people they manage. Way too many levels of management. You are a number not a name. Seem to be targeting older people with their “downsizing”

Pros

The people are really nice. There aren't a lot of egos in the way of working with other departments.

Cons

Cuts in support resources so it's hard to deliver what we promise. Lay-offs by way of firing a couple people at a time in various departments then not backfilling. On time deliveries are way down. Pay cuts every year for past several years. Pay plan that is not motivating and no way to know what you will make each month. Seems like senior leadership is impressing wall street at any cost to the workers.
