Upper Management favoritism of people who don't deserve it. Not wanting to deal with real employee issues.

Benefits are ok. Good parking.

Cons

Many old colleagues who have each other's back even when behavior/work performance is questionable. If you're not part of the pack, you're out of luck and probably out the door.

Lack of leadership credibility, accountability, strategic vision and transparency which trickles down to every corner of the business. They hire PR firms or focus on "branding" to establish a name for themselves, so others will think they're important.
