Pros

Company is growing, management is open to doing the right thing, lots of diversity on the teams, positive work environment and nice people.

Cons

Still has the feel of a start-up in some respects with growing pains. Needs better communication from the top down and between teams.

Pros

Nice office space and convenient location, work life balance, progressive in most areas, supportive of learning, nice employee perks.

Cons

Not a lot of female influence at the top level. Seems there is minimal top level management of job accountability. Typical small company challenges based upon size - speed of growth, etc.
