Pros

Company has been sold so hopefully new organization will bring a much better culture and set of ethics.

Cons

Old boy clique from previous organization protect each other when poor judgement and gross behavior occur during company travel. Company has paid off former employees to remain quiet about events. Witnessed explosive outbursts from c-suite.

I’m not sure how long it’s been since this reviewer left the organization, and why they decided to leave a review like this now, but the good news is that these comments do not reflect today’s culture at Verity Solutions at all. While no organization is perfect, the whole team at Verity Solutions’ has worked hard to create a positive working environment. In fact, according to the latest anonymous employee survey conducted in January 2020, 97% feel valued as a Verity employee, 93% are interested and excited about their work and contribution, and 94% have confidence in the future organization. In addition, our Verity 340B platform won Best in KLAS Category Leader for 340B Management Solutions for the 3rd year in a row. As a current employee of under 2 years, I'm happy to say that this sounds more like the Verity Solutions I know!

Cons

In this workplace, gossiping and backstabbing are highly rewarded, and meetings often start with what's the latest gossip, rather than taking feedback and improving the workplace. Management holds meetings, 1:1s, and even calls past employees to find out who left negative reviews ( most of them are accurate). It is like a bad episode of 90210 every day and if you're not a member of the clique you're screwed, targeted and driven out.

The cultural change that’s occurred within the last year alone is ridiculous. Forced daily lunch meetings, nit-picking and being worked like a hog. Revolving door of new hires and people leaving. I can’t imagine when things fully get back to the office. It’s become a micro managing hell. Management is extremely cliquey which has turned some supervisors toxic because they want to remain within the clique. If you’re on one persons hit list within the manager mafia good luck they will make your life miserable.
