Pros

Flexible hours, great pay & benefits, friendly coworkers, supervisors were great people, incentive pay to meet quarterly objectives, fun movie-time for perfect attendance every quarter, luncheon for Operators of the Year who met all their objectives, including perfect attendance. Open nearly everyday, so worked weekends. Extra pay on Sunday & Holidays. Actual work was tedious but bearable.

JOB NO LONGER IN CALIFORNIA; closed last 3 offices

Pros

The money. Sort of the benefits but hard to use. Personally went through personal crisis that management was understanding about and worked with me so I could keep my job. The only area I lacked in was making the CST although because of 1 supervisors belief in me I came very close, unfortunately, she died.

Cons

Too many constant changes esp. in methods with 15 minutes at the minimum of training. Had 5 supervisors with varying instructions on expectations and what method was correct. Call serve time so low that customer's frequently expressed dissatisfaction as they weren't receiving what they needed. Many expressed that they would be dropping this company at the end of their contract.
