Pros

Great training, competive salary and nice working environment

Cons

Since it was a union shop everything is done on seniority basis and when I started I was working late on Friday and getting out at 5 on Saturday. They then changed the hours to working late on Saturdays also which was very difficult on my family life so I left.

Pros

Benefits are really good, the pay is great, and the hours are decent. Off most holidays!

Cons

Very stressful and unnecessarily so, very little help is available with the absurd amount of system issues you WILL have. The entire company HATES the system all departments, managers, supervisors pretty much everyone hates the system, however Verizon continues to use it.
