Pros

Great pay and union benefits, management is very involved and motivated to work with you to always be improving. Very affordable healthcare, great work culture with ongoing contests and monthly bonuses

Cons

Seniority is the key to a good work schedule. Be prepared to work till office close which may vary depending on the goals of the company, forced over time, weekend and late hours are pretty standard since it is a call center environment.
