Pros

6% 401K match Good health benefits

Cons

Massively underpaid - Glassdoor estimates are painfully illuminating on this Massive layoffs Hiring freezes No transparency - nothing but corporate doublespeak Too many layers of middle management Toxic culture Unrealistic expectations HR cannot be trusted! (intense emphasis on this point) Bloated behemoth of everything people hate about corporations

I am glad that you’ve been able to participate in our great benefit offerings. Outside of that, it appears that you have some major frustrations. I don’t want to discount your feelings and I hope you will take your thoughts and ideas to your direct leaders and express them via our quarterly pulse eNPS survey. I’ve shared your review with our Chief People Officer, who is open to hearing more if you have specific examples on some of your points noted here. We value your feedback and want to implement changes that will positively impact employees at every level. Thanks for your candor and for taking time out to express your views.

Pros

Competitive Employee Benefits. Most companies offer similar benefits. Hybrid option requires 1 or 2 days in the office. I would also say work/life balance but you still have to hit your quota which causes you to stress while you are on vacation with your family.

Cons

It's a sinking ship... Lack of true leadership. Unrealistic quotas. Toxic work culture. Favoritism. The list goes on. This company has been proven to underpay their employees and has been sued multiple times for turning a blind eye to overtime. If it's your only option, I guess you can try it out. However, if you respect yourself as a person, I would suggest finding another company that treats you like a human being and not just a number. They recently laid off the entire micro department and all the SMB inside sales reps are now stuck picking up the slack while the quotas keep increasing month over month and upset customers keep cancelling due to the lack of service. It’s a complete fiasco & management is completely out of touch with the employees. Nobody knows what is going on. Furthermore, the products are NOT competitive in the marketplace. The inside sales representatives are always struggling to close bigger deals with no help from management and are consistently losing deals to competitors. This company needs a complete overhaul if it wants to survive.

Pros

- Market rated benefits, but still on the low end for software company. - Good system to view taxes, paychecks, benefits, because of verizon mothership

Cons

All of 5 stars reviews are from marketing and sales people. Who are running this company. The company is still very fragmented, they are not 1 company, they are 3 different companies. 3 different systems, teams and mindset. For developer: The technology, legacy code base here is horrible. They made developers over work to support that system. My entire team quit in the period of 3 months, that’s enough to say how bad it is. If you want to know the real truth, go read Fleetmatics and Telogis reviews. Developers, Product R&D locations are located outside the U.S. in Dublin and NZ. If you are in the U.S, good luck you will not learn anything new here. Horrible mentorship, awful codebase, no communication, company is being run by sales monkey instead of engineers. They look down on you.

Thank you for your feedback. I am truly disheartened to read about your experience. Merging 3 companies is certainly no simple feat and we are working daily in every level of this organization to ensure successful growth and execution.
