Pros

The only pros are the ping pong tables in the break room, good WiFi and loved my coworkers

Cons

1) our leader was constantly on vacation. Not sure what he gets paid for? Never once did a one on one with us or helped do cold calls. Only favored the managers he brought from retail. Only thing he knew how to do was talk about himself. 2) The new Leader is the rudest manager I’ve ever encountered. So cold and extremely unapproachable. Very obvious when she gets upset when she doesn’t get her way but she got her way becoming In charge and getting other experienced managers fired to make room for her. 3) the closers were overwhelmed and constantly ruined getting deals. 4) every day assignments and expectations would change. Managers get desperate and just start blaming everyone for them not hitting quota. Hmmm you’re always on vacation, you never offer to guide us, help us overcome obstacles cry that you don’t hit quota then disappear half the day. I’m really unsure what the role of an MP is. The MPs are constantly on us for deals but are unwilling to ever help cold call or sit side by side and observe.

Pros

Health Insurance coverage was sufficient

Cons

Senior leadership, the alleged “CEO”, Cellular industry cronies who get bounced around management with no accountability. No set guidelines or rules for sales segments and territories. They are Losing long term customers daily.

Pros

Reasonable pay, commissions could be handsome if targets are hit.

Cons

In two words: Toxic culture. There is a range of problems culturally, from Sales Development Reps (SDRs) trying to steal sales (and commissions) from other employees, to managers doing drugs and sleeping with subordinates. This promotes a very toxic culture where reps are constantly afraid of having other employees sabotage their work and stealing their leads/deals. It's extremely common for SDRs to have filters set up in Salesforce specifically targeting other leads that belong to other SDRs, and when reported nothing was done. This attitude is present all the way up to Senior level management (VP and Partners). The current managers are SDRs who were able to make sales by any means necessary, and those managers brag that they became managers by being good at stealing leads from other SDRs, or from the Fleetmatics Work SDRs. Going through HR had no effect when reporting managers for inappropriate relationships with subordinates or for the rampant drug and alcohol use (including during the day) throughout the location (both management and employees).
