Pros

great benefits, makes it really hard to leave. Make sure you request all your vacations, even those before you get hired. If you get transferred talk to the District Manager to make sure those important days are solid. Even if you're not thinking of a vacation, schedule one up months in advance. Make friends with the senior staff, specially the support staff. They will trade with you important family days (easter, mother/father's day, christmas) for the singles (st pats, cinco de mayo, new years eve).

Cons

Gossip, lack of professionalism, favoritism Its definitely who you know, who doesn't see you as threat, who's friends with who

Pros

At one point the salary, benefits, personal growth was wonderful. As each year progressed, all positive factors went down the tubes. Compensation changes, benefits are no longer what they used to be. Quotas become more and more unrealistic.

Cons

Executive leadership expects middle management to work all hours, they do this by requiring you to answer your cell phone at any point that they call. There is no work-life balance. Leadership holds grudges, so don't challenge any policy

Pros

Great training, benefits, and 401K plans. Compensation is pretty good too

Cons

Company puts too much stress on management to micromanage sales reps. Retail hours are very taxing. High stress for low reward
