Pros

The health benefits and on the job training are best in the industry. They company is always trying to come up with new products and ways to make things better for the customer. Discounts on your monthly service and vacation time. The people I worked with were great less upper management.

Cons

It can become a game of who knows who when it comes to promotions. The company went from having sales, customer service, and technicians to just sales in my region. By the end I was essentially performing three positions for the same rate as if I was only doing only sales. Quota could be hit or miss for the most part and if you didn't hit the key metrics you were sure to hear about it and have someone micromanage you for the next month.

Pros

Great benefits, good starting pay, good commission structure if sales are good, good work atmosphere, good opportunity to move anywhere in the company throughout the company

Cons

Commission structure can be bad if sales are low, especially in regards to accessories. Management can be overly concerned with accessory sales at the expense of other sales

Pros

Organized, detailed, great training, good benefits and plenty of commission opportunity, if you are willing to sell customers features that they didn't necessarily need.

Cons

Hampered by lack of managerial support sometimes due to creative marketing that brings customers in without the full range of details regarding a sale.
