Pros

Great benefits. Chance to write your own paycheck with commissions. Industry leader it is easy to sell the best.

Cons

Retail hours not conducive for someone with a family. Always changing to stay ahead but never adapt the commission structure for these changes properly resulting in less money. Company makes it so hard to get rid of employees that shouldn't be here anymore. Never recognizing success instead always asking for more and highlighting the negatives first.

Pros

Decent pay, excellent benefits, health dental and vision covered fully (for now) 401k matching, commission sales allows for very large checks a few times a year, Union strong. Excellent product...FIOS

Cons

EXTREMELY difficult to move around within the company and almost zero room for advancement...unless you are mgmt. Mgmt constantly moving from dept to dept, no cohesion and almost no cooperation between departments. Every job in every dept is sales oriented, customer issues seldom resolved, and customers very combative as result.
