Pros

Excellent pay for the industry. Excellent benefits. If you're in the right position, the work can be interesting. No other pros I can think of.

Cons

Union/management relations are deplorable and they're caught in a never ending cycle of finger pointing. The union tacitly encourages doing as little as possible and management consistently behaves in a way that justifies the need for unions. It's really sad.

Pros

Great benefits, and pay. Is a great company to gain recognition in sales and advance. Great in company training opportunities.

Cons

Retail environment is difficult to schedule for a work/life balance. Scheduling time off is very difficult. Communication between management and staff at store level poor at times.

Pros

The company pays real well. They offer a program called self-promotion and if you qualify for the move then you are moved. I especially loved our annual incentives!!

Cons

There is a lack of consistency within the call center as far as policy and call quality scoring. There are often times that you may need to go over you immediate sups head.
