      the higher up move up the ladder, more politics is involved in job performance. Not as easy to move up as one would think.

      Pros

      Always on the forefront of cell service. Great benefits, and profit sharing opportunity. Plenty of opportunities country wide if needing to move.

      Cons

      Pay! It used to be really good, but no longer. It's hard to get a promotion you're not being set up for failure for. You have to grind and grind and grind for an average just over $20/hr AFTER commission. Company focuses on a customer satisfaction survey that you as a rep have no control over. The company hides too much about company practices from customers, when they really should have nothing to hide.
